Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you need to return an item, please send us an email at biggerthanbball@gmail.com with your order number, and a quick message explaining what needs to be returned.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges
Our exchanges are free, fast, and easy! If you need an exchange, send us an email at biggerthanbball@gmail.com with your order number, and a quick message explaining what needs to be exchanged. We will then email you a prepaid shipping label, and get your new item shipped out right away.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
