Order Processing

Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 business days of being placed.

During high-volume periods, including sales, holidays, and new product drops, processing may take slightly longer. Our small team works around the clock to ship every order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Updates

Please note that while tracking numbers are typically provided within 2 business days, it may take 3–6 business days for tracking activity to begin displaying updates.

This does not mean your order is delayed or lost. During this time, your package is making its way through the shipping network while the carrier prepares tracking updates. This delay is completely normal and does not affect your estimated delivery time.

If you do not see movement right away, there's no need to worry—this is a normal part of the shipping process. Please allow up to 6 business days for tracking updates before contacting us.

All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Duties and taxes are included where applicable, so you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
